Search engine links keep redirecting (possibly spyware)

I tried using google and bing but whenever I click on a link it redirects me to another dodgy lookin search engine or another site altogether. I scanned the computer with windows defender and it said the computer was fine I scanned the computer fully with AVG and it came up with a bunch of tracking cookies, removed them but didnt come up with nothing serious. Im kind of stuck on what to do. Im pretty sure its spyware thats affecting the search engine results but I cant search for any spyware removal programs.

Can you recommend any good spyware removal tools and also if you have the direct link it would be greatly appreciated.
