Seasonal Event Fiat tune

can someone help out with a tune for the Fiat 500 special event. Seems you can't touch the engine or tires, but suspension and drivetrain is open to anything.
Anyone have a good setup for this? It is hard to make up that last 10 seconds to catch 1st!
