What is it?
So here's how it works. Every 2 weeks, on the day of the new "Trial" events, I will choose 1 event, be it time or drift, and 1 car, including settings, and post up a video with my time/score. This is where you get involved. You go away and beat my benchmark time on the event, using the same car and settings. I will ensure that the settings are such that everyone will be using the same thing.
How to submit
If you beat my time, save the replay, and send it to me any way you like. If you have a capture device, this is great, otherwise just filming off your phone or anything is also fine, as long as i can see the lap and most importantly, the time at the end. You can even export the replay and upload it online and send me the file, links on how to do that are at the bottom of this post. Send your entry as either a video response on YouTube, a Private message (here on or youtube), facebook or twitter. Now not only are you trying to beat me, but also competing with each other. The winner, as well as 2nd and 3rd place will be announced in the next competition video, 2 weeks later, which is also the final date for submissions, as the event will close on Gran turismo. This gives you plenty of time, and you dont need to feel rushed.
What's in it for you?
1st place will recieve a prize on Gran Turismo, which currently I havn't decided upon, but I will make it worthwhile.
If you have any questions/suggestions about anything regarding the competition, feel free to post in this thread. This is the first time I have hosted a competition, so I am new to this, so feedback is more than welcomed. The more people involved, the better, so be sure to tell anyone else that you feel may be interested!
Good Luck!
If you are wanting to export a replay to send to me, but are unsure how, refer to this thread. Sadly, because of region specific formatting, I can only accept replays from people within EU.

A suggested website to upload files to (if not in video format for a Youtube Video resonse) is this Filesharing website this is very quick and easy to use.
