I worked up a midget (all tuning Incl GT) and had no luck... I think it might be possible with a wheel. not sure, but it's on the list for a reason...

Tried with a G25...didn't happen lol
May try tuning it for better cornering and see where it gets me

There's an Astra Touring Car, 350Z LM, Zonda LM and an RX-7 LM in the OCD which all cost just under 1 million credits. There's also an Alfa Romeo 155 race car than costs just under 1.5 million, an XJ220 LM that costs just under 2 million, a BMW V12 Race Car that costs 3.74 million and an Esperante GTR-1 Race Car that's just less than 3 million.

Also, I wasn't expecting any new updates to the OCD or that there would be any new Seasonal Events this week in light of what's happened in Japan, but i'm pleased to see that there is. Cheers PD 👍

The race around the Ring is something I am going to do several times. It pays over 100,000 credits which is a bonus to me since most my driving time on GT5 now is on that track!!

Do the seasonals Pay each time you come in top 6 positions? Meaning, will I get 100K every 7-8 minutes on the Ring? Regardless, I'm more excited for the LM cars on the OCD, but dammit I don't have enough millions to buy them all right now! That BMW V12 is calling me right now..

I love this car. It's the roughest looking little car in the game and a blast to drive. With a few modifications it can be formidable in the classic events too.

^^ agreed. bone stock i was able to win monza by 0.018 seconds. i about shat myself when the results popped up and i had held on for the W. R246 was a little tougher, but still winnable. it just gets stomped on the straights though. oh well, it makes up for it in the twisty bits. a blast to drive

I'm going to buy the BMW V12 soon, but i'm not sure if I should buy the Esperante GTR-1. The price seems a bit steep to me, then again I rarely ever see it in my UCD.

It's over a 100,000 in credits each time you win the race. It doesn't really matter to me though because I love racing around the Ring even when I don't earn credits.

Nope, I checked in the replay after Fuji race and all the trucks including mine were on sports hards. Maybe on other tracks they changed it to comfort, but I doubt it.

The Mt Aso track is great also taking the trucks back home to a old country road so to speak.

I remember the brute Torque and Traction from my fully upgraded F150 on the Laguna Seca a couple of months ago, early in A-spec. I can't wait to get home tonight to ram some AI in the Carrousel

👍 not surprised though, I am one of those yahoos who takes trucks to PP restricted rooms online and I do ok on the 'ring. Much to the dismay of the guys running the sports cars.

they do well in PP restricted @ tsukuba too but suspension tuning is required.

Yeah, I'm totally shocked how well my Dodge handled on the Ring. I did it in 7:22 the first time, 7:31 the second (dang Ford wouldn't move outta the way...eventually...he got "moved"). I thought it would handle pooptacularly, but it was actually nice to drive.

I agree. I used my Dodge RAM in every race of the new seasonal, and it handles like a dishwasher except in the ring. There is a beast!
