This may be a dumb question, but here it goes...

If you make a new account and only update it to 2.14, make a hybrid, can you race it in a seasonal or only on the other races? I'm guessing seasonals are considered online? Or is that just for the time trials and drifts?

Seasonals require you to be signed into the Playstation Network which in turn requires your game to be the latest version available.
