GMT+1 = BST (GMT + 1 hour for summer time, which is BST) Confusing I know! That's why I was saying to use GMT as the base time for organising because it is the easiest time for people to adjust to.

They use it in the GTP WRS for this reason:

Not in the mood. Games crashing for no reason is a pure sign of incompetence on the game developers behalf. And things like that simply puts me in a bad mood.

The lobby will be opened at 17.30GMT, with the first race starting at 18.30GMT. So the lobby will be opened 30 minutes earlier than today.

I think because it's out of your control, the game crashing, and that you didn't cause it, is why it's so annoying. Crashing is caused by bad driving which can be controlled or fixed.

Actually, I usually have a positive outlook on things. I just can't stand this kind of incompetence.
