Confirmed aero parts for '85 Lotus 97T

Type A is removing rear brake ducts
Type B is removing rear winglets
Type C is adding brake ducts and modified air intakes
Thank you! I'll add this to the Undocumented section of the 1.08 thread!

@SCER Suppose so, but it shouldn't stop him from getting the car through completing the challenge rather than buying it.

Type A rear wing is reshaped with smaller endplates adding the #12
Type B rear wing is shaped as C but removes #12 and adds the ( ) shaped branding
Type C adds a double rear wing, with a second wing under the main

I thought the car was for bronze completion, gold is pretty much not worth it for me, it's easier to do the Red Bull championship and the the money there and just buy the car, I'll try tomorrow just for lols.

Also adding this!
Thank you!!!

Nothing special about the F3 car other than it is awesome. With oil change, 559 pp, 172 HP, 455 kg and a heap of downforce.

Oh yeah! I'm in the ingame installer!

Only the Lotus 97T sounds good or also the other 2?
Someone please post videos of the content (with audio of course)

There's a glitch trying to run the Lotus at Indy in Time Trial mode. It boots you out to the main screen.

Definite Lotus glitch in Single player mode. Cannot be driven anywhere.

Same for the F3 too. Can't race them in Career mode either.

Both the "80s tracks" are basically the modern tracks with some of the corners being reverted back to the profiles they had in the 80s. Monza does have a few era appropriate kerbs (and trackside objects), but Brands Hatch is modern all-round. Nowhere near the effort put in compared to what Kunos and SMS have done to recreate classic racing circuits. Bit disappointing.

Nope, Brands is far from identical.

So if I'm not mistaken, the sounds of both the F3 and 97T are good? Does anyone think they can upload a video? We need some audible confirmation.
This x 1000, use your smartphones if needed gentlemen 👍

I am disappointed that we cannot use them in career mode or time trials.
Well that's a major bummer.... not even in time trials? So where can you use them then only for the challenges and that's it?

Oh that's nice..... :banghead: I'd re load my backup data but I'd have to do the DL again... Guess it's just a RB championship for me to get the $ back. Oh well, others I'm sure will appreciate the tip though !!!!
don't have to reDL if you reload backup

Oh no, I'm getting a little worried with the preliminary reports on the "80's" tracks.. :nervous:
the old Monza is quite different.

And break in.
no break in in GT6

Thanks! What about the new Mitsubishi concept?
it sounds real good but has a weird little noise (probably the exhaust) from 3rd-person view.
You can pain it! not the wheels though, it makes 502HP @7,500RPM and 749 ft-lb of torque @1,000 RPM IIRC.

I think its better to listen by yourselves, the 97T has a really nice turbocharger sound that will be crappy to listen on a cellphone recording. Download it! Even if takes long, its worthy.
