This is the final sign-ups. Anybody that did not sign-up and that want to join the race on Sunday will be allowed in the room on a first-come-first serve basis. The communications coordinators can move people around if one room has more no-shows than others. Good luck with the races on Sunday

Yes, we will do a "load balance" to make sure rooms are evenly spread

Hopefully we can get it really organized to have a set number of each Division section so there's an equal representation down the field.

I'd say give each racer a number and rednose draws from a hat for rooms . I don't know why , but I trust the guy lol
