Sergio Marchionne has passed away at 66
FCA chairman Sergio Marchionne went into the hospital for routine shoulder surgery, went into a coma and has now passed away at the age of 66. As chairman of Fiat, he took over Chrysler during it's 2009 bankruptcy, turned it around, and forged the two struggling companies into one successful company. Mike Manley, former head of the Jeep division, will take over as chairman.
