I've noticed on my second account that will not log into GTS, on the PSN profile pic is a RED dot with "x", not the blue dot. It acts in some was as if I'm logged in, but on the 1st account is says the 2nd is not. Anyone know what this is, and how to get 2nd account back to blue dot ?

I think this issue is only affecting GT Sport at the moment. I can get on Grand Theft Auto Online without issue. Already sent a tweet to AskPlaystation but am still waiting for their reply.

It probably won't connect until you leave the game and reload it anyway, that happened before when there was server problems, so lost progress is almost certain I'm afraid.

@ASH32, I put my PS4 in Rest Mode (make sure it is set to keep all applications running) when the server was down on Tuesday. Turned PS4 back on yesterday and it went straight into GTS, then I just clicked 'Reconnect'. It kept all of my lap times from Circuit Experience...

That's worth a try for anyone who still can't connect then. 👍

It probably won't connect until you leave the game and reload it anyway, that happened before when there was server problems, so lost progress is almost certain I'm afraid.

Is your PSN account connected in the ps4 ? .....

Mine is fine, I'm not one of the people with the issue. Even when it was bad for most I forced it to connect by pressing connect (something that didn't work for a lot) but it was pointless as even just watching replays made it crash so I just turned it off. Been on again a number of times since without issue but didn't race much.

Lots of online games have regular downtime but they always advise their player base and if there is a problem the players are kept updated via social media.

It seems to be on and off then. I checked 10-15 minutes ago and everything was green...

Update though, can't get on GTS online at all at the moment. Its flat out refusing to connect, not even hesitating...
