Setting up 6 speed shifter in forza 3

Hey guys, need some help, how do I program the 6 speed shifter in Forza 3. Works perfect in GT5 but when I switch to 360, it does not work. I have played with the setting for ms wheel with no luck and have looked thru manual of my gt2 wheel. Clutch works if that matters.

Mine works with manual + clutch in options. I did have to calibrate the shifter on wheel but even before that it worked just badly!
