jasonjz, welcome to GTP. There's a lot of great information on this site, and in all sincerity I congratulate you for posting this on the correct board!
On the index screen of each board there is a search field. A lot of people seem to miss it, but if you type 'drift settings' in there, it will pull out all the threads that mention that subject for you.
I will tell you the basic idea though, and that is you want to run simulation tires, and typically stiffen the rear suspension and soften the front.
