They both suck.

X3=overpriced lump of plastic with horrid interior and can't go off road.

Eh I really like the older X5 4.8i, looks like a actual sporty-SUV.
 
X3 and X5 shine in one performance area: they regularly get stuck on the ramps of parking houses in the winter. :lol:

right with the X3 but way off with the X5. they start at $46000 whick is reasonable for a SUV and the interior is nice. off road? I dont know if the new one comes with offroad tires but..

Any car with decent ground clearance can easily go over that gofer hill. And I have a friend who is actually on this forum who's mom used to own a X5, they said it was rubbish, rubbish in the snow, rubbish interior etc etc.. They now sold it and own a Cayenne.

Though I think they'd look even meaner (sexier too, I dig em) if they were totally blacked out (the wheels don't do too much for me), the Monte Carlos are some insanely great additions to this thread. 👍
 
Eh I prefer the offset of the chrome. The only time I like black wheels on a blackout vehicle are either black steel D-windows on a Wrangler, or wheels like on the GNX with the chrome lip.

Since you like the Monte's though, here's a nice late 70's Monte
