you can do anything to the car except, use custom aero parts or flat floors. Rear wings must be used though. The cars weight and power limitations are displayed below the car names, any parts may be used, any setups are allowed and to all evo drivers, evo will now be 1530kg

Okay I am going to say this -
Same as S1; should you finish in top 10 of S2 and you wish to progress into S3 you have priority on car choice .
Same as S1; should you be the champion of S2 I will release a list to you of the equivalent cars, the champion is not allowed to choose the equivalent car in the next series .
New to S2; should you win the title, you may choose a track (excluding Sarthe, Nurburgring Nordshleiffe, route x, route 7) for next series.
