Sharing USB Game Saves?

I tried multiple searches but couldn't find anything on this. My nephew just lost all his garage/progress due to a corrupt save glitch. Being that he and I both had about half the game done, I'd like to share my save with him via USB backup so he doesn't have to start over or stop playing completely. Is this possible, or are the saves user specific? Thank you in advance for any help with this.

Sorry but that will not work, I sold some cars and regret it later, I had those car on a earlier save on a USB, so I deleted the save from my PS4 and loaded in the other saving, I pulled the internet cable out, started GT S, my cars was back, but when i reconnected to the internet, the game reloaded latest save from the servers and the save with the cars I had sold was overwritten and the cars was gone.
