Edit - I also think I can get the last colour of that car you will be missing, Bleu Lucia. On another account I have, I have setup the Loeb challenge so I only have to win the Toscana race to win a Citroen, armed with my trusty pen drive and some will to the same race over and over, I will try and get that last one.

Edit #2 - After the stupid game refused to play nice, it eventually gave up the C3 in Bleu Lucia after all these:
