These cars are not tradeable...

None of those can be traded. Only cars up to 1M can be gifted.
The Ferrari is a premium and if you'd read the OP you'd know that I'm not trading premiums. The tank car, which I do have, is over the trade cap.

The X1s can be gained easily by reaching L35 in B-Spec.
