What is wrong with the tuning? I haven't noticed any problems with it.. Is this a PC issue?
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to collect the data and report it! 👍
The shorter list would be what isn't? I set my downforce on a "941" HP Lamborghini Murcielago earlier at 8.0 and 12.0 on a 0-20+ scale, and it topped out at 151mph, how's that?
No matter how I set the 911 GT3's suspension, soft, hard, medium, high, low, it bounces like a rabbit, not an exaggeration, it jumps up and down, off the ground. See below for why I can't drive ANY Corvette or Viper ANYWHERE in the game.
That's a very, very short list of all the things wrong, so how about a list of what's right, I'm sure it'll be shorter. Much shorter.
• My car won’t move from the Start Line!!!!!!
There is a workaround for this: if you are experiencing the issue in the Ford GT VS Viper SRT10 race then go into your garage and return any of your cars that you have tuned using the Advanced Tuning options back to their default states. Once you have done this turn off advanced tuning and perform a manual save. You should then be able to use the Viper in the invitational event. If you have bought either the Corvette or Viper and they fail to start then reset the advanced tuning options you have applied to that vehicle to default, then turn off advanced tuning and then perform a manual save.
We will find a better solution ASAP!
YAY! I can drive American cars again!, I just can't ever, ever tune them!
Also, can we have an option to turn the music off in the replays? Some of those songs are down right annoying. I'd rather listen to the cars anyway.
We already have that option, it's hidden in the "options" menu, under codeword "audio" thenyou'll have to set the volume to "0".
From all the tuning I've done it seems just that - once you outfit the vehicle with Stage 3 upgrades or Works Convert it it's susceptible to bump-jumping (what I call it) it's mostly due to the suspension being far too soft, not enough downforce being present or there doesn't seem to be any torque shift present. So the vehicle either bump-jumps or the rear wheels are just excessively overpowered.
Shame of this is, my Z06 actually worked really well with a works tune, when it moved past the starting line....
