Shifting, hand movement

ive noticed in alot of these cockpit views that when the car switches gears the hands stay on the steering wheel, are they going to change that? it would bug me if they kept it like that

it is only like that in the demo, on the actual copy of Prologue the hand moves when he shifts.

In prologue (actual game), when the rpm gets near the redline, his hand goes on the stick and waits for you to shift. Same thing happens when your approaching a corner and the game knows you need to downshift.

Even in the actual copy it does not show the motion in every car! Only in a couple.

All the cars that are full manuals have the driver shifting animation, all the cars that use paddles don't have any animation.......yet.

Yes, but there are more than 'only a couple' that are manuals.
