Should PD expand their studios to the UK & US? I am asking because the UK & US cars and manufacturers are very under represented in the GT series. Do you think that would improve the representation in the series for those 2 regions?
You can send people anywhere in the world to do anything for far less than it costs to open and maintain an office with duplicate staff. Stuff doesn't get fixed in GT because it isn't a priority, isn't on their radar, or they are too busy with other things. Where the office is located won't change that.I think an office in the united states would be good because they might be able to solve the online server issues happening on GT6. I believe the reason why the online server issues still haven't been resolved yet, like the pit bug glitch, is because the server is based from under one building. I think it would be good to expand PD into different offices around the world the more GT grows. Of course stick to the core values of customer satisfaction.

No. Having everything under 1 roof for such a small company relatively speaking, is much more efficient. I can't see how anything is gained by splitting up the workforce. It's not hard to hire North Americans or Europeans, all you have to do is pay them and they'll move to Japan. Cars are all over the world, you don't have to go anywhere to find them, or you can send people around the world.
Lately it hasn't, it's been more biased towards American cars, it was Asian cars hence the massive number od them, but lately it's been American cars, I agree though, they should hire people from all regions, Asia, America, Europe etc. then we could get all types of different cars and as stated above servers might be able to be improved as well. They definitely need to hire more people from those regions then because the cars in the game are VERY bias towards Asia.

The problem (I call it a problem) is that it's a Japanese game, so the whole franchise was always going to be Japan-biased. As I've said elsewhere, these are a very nationally chauvinistic people.
My answer is yes, as they would have so much to gain from it in terms of customer satisfaction. GT would be better to be more relevant to western markets. I think PD should scale down their dicking around with the Academy, the Vision project and all that crap, and focus on improving the quality, reliability and intercontinental appeal of their product.
I can accept no reason why it would be impractical. Telecommunications and computing have advanced more in the past couple of decades than any other kind of technology. It can't be too difficult for the different studios around the world to stay connected.

Definitively put, guys. But I still think Kim Il-Kaz would do GT a favour by recognising that it is now a bigger thing than he is. We all have our 'pet projects', our 'babies', but as they grow there comes a time to let it go and allow it to develop as it will.
Calling Kaz names just shows everyone how immature you are.
Intended to embellish the point I was making. If you yourself had any maturity, you would have recognised that instead of jumping at yet another opportunity to accuse someone of immaturity.

Melding his name with that of a murderous dictator probably wasn't your finest moment.Intended to embellish the point I was making. If you yourself had any maturity, you would have recognised that instead of jumping at yet another opportunity to accuse someone of immaturity.
Going too far. Don't make a habit of that. And do try and keep these conversations civil - taking cheap shots at each other is never going to end well, no matter how justified you think it is at the time. Someone gets your goat, switch off, go get a drink, some fresh air, whatever... then come back with a fresh perspective and less ire.Definitively put, guys. A new office wont make a difference but the basis of the OP's idea has merit. I just don't think this franchise could efficiently expand, get organised and then try to fix all that is broken. They can't seem to get it together in one location, never mind in two.
Regarding the balance of the cars in the game, I see what the OP was thinking but other suggestions to bring in staff with more knowledge about motoring around the world are more beneficial. Not just people who know about other countries' automotive culture but also their automotive history and growth. With staff that have an appreciation for the evolution of the automobile and regional success and failures, a much better rounded car count could be provided.
1200 premiums?I don't think it matters were their office is located, they just need more employees and more time. Taking on and completing 1,200-1,300 cars in full premium quality and full premium physics along with everything is an overwhelming undertaking. They just need more employees, or more time between games. Hopefully they take their time before releasing GT7 on the PS4. Even more important IMO is that they don't reduce their car or track quantity just to release it on the new console. A recent developer did that and I think its a huge mistake. Hopefully they just hire more people to help with this enormous KY vision.
Not sure why you have the question mark. I am guessing you read my reply out of context. Read it again and if you are still confused, I will explain. I am guessing you stopped at that sentence which means you missed the very valid point following. I, in no way, was indicating the game has 1,200 premiums.1200 premiums?

The laughter is because you are inferring GT7 will have 1200 premiumsNot sure why you have the question mark. I am guessing you read my reply out of context. Nope not what I am inferring at all. Read post #24 again. The ENTIRE post. The laughter is because you are inferring GT7 will have 1200 premiums
Already did. If you have a different explanation feel free to share it.Nope not what I am inferring at all. Read post #24 again. The ENTIRE post.
