Simple as, take pictures of your garage and post them here!

Who has the ultimate Garage? :dopey:

Heres mine, setting the bar pretty low

Walking through the side door:

Looking to the left:

Looking to the right corner:

Some crap hidden behind the cupboard:

My tools (mostly Snap-on :sly:)

Further crap hidden in the rafters:

So yeah, I need to have a clear out! :ouch:

Lets see what you got!

I don't have a garage anymore. My mum decided it was a waste of space so put a wall through the middle and put a Conservatory one side and a study the other

Mine (well my parents technically) half of it if full of lotus Elise and the other half is pool table, go kart, go kart spares and other garage kind of stuff. God I love it.

Pics will be coming tommorow.

Shouldn't be this in the member's car section?

Will take a pic of mine later.

Our is messy as hell since my mom occupied ours! / She wanted a new kitchen rofl /sarcasm

We should rename the thread to who has the most messy garage.

No it's just to show the garage in general. But hmmmm, Who has the messiest garage? Sounds like competition!!! Bye bye.

I'm going to win by far - proudly sponsored by my roomies. None of them ever bothered taking care of their stuff. We moved in back in August.

I would have won about two months ago... Maybe not, I don't think several hundred bags of alpaca and sheep fleece (literally at least 50), a KTM 450 which was dying at this point, a book case no one can get to because of the bags, and yeah that's it. But it's cleaner now.

Here's my garage.

Challenge accepted. Next time i'm home i'll take some pics, may be a couple of weeks though. The only thing I can get in and out without first disassembling the big pile of trailer/dining room table/snooker table/mattress/other random crap, is my bicycle.

I'm just glad our landlord is some sort of manager guy at Renault and used to have 2 cars...that's why garage is rather big compared to other ones in France. The only thing I own? The trainer...all the rest belongs to my roomies and I can't get them to clean up.

It's a bit messier than usual, right now, but:

My dad likes to collect random old stuff that catches his interest on eBay or stuff he just kind of happens to find.

And that bar, the stereo, and pinball machine are used regularly. There's actually a big set of speakers in each corner next to the door. It's separated from the house, and since noise isn't really an issue because of that, my parents host a pretty large 'just for the hell of it' party once or twice a month. And those parties usually end with me shuttling drunk people home in our golf cart.

The rest of the garage is normally filled with a truck, but luckily they took that out just now so I had room to get some pictures.

Just pile all the stuff up at one corner or as best as you can.

They can sort their stuff out in their own time.

Messiness in a public place (such as a garage) is a big no-no.

In your own bedroom, that's fine as its your room to do as you see fit. But in a kitchen, garage, bathroom, telly room? That's just laziness and being impolite.

Shot from my driveway, before all the clutter moved in :D

Peeking in from the house:

The clutter!

I'm probably going to buy a storage box for outside, so I can store a bunch of the lawn/garden crap in there, instead of in the garage. My two metal children don't like a messy bedroom :D.

Here is my garage.

This pic is looking in the back door. Bikes in the foreground. Pool table in the middle and kart + spares at the back.

Here is looking to the left. A fridge to the left and assorted stuff everywhere else.

It's difficult. We're working at the same company.

Now, let's split this up.

Roomie #1: my boss at work, we're close friends, too. He's been a cook for quite some years, so he's messing the kitchen up all the time. He doesn't always (read: not often) clean up after himself, tho. We're more or less ok with that since he's often cooking awesome stuff for us. He's the ultimate nerd too but that's ok, he's cool.
Roomie #2: sitting near me at work, friends as well. Great minds think alike, so we often share opinions and rarely disagree - however, she's a girl.
Roomie #3: her boyfriend, he's like my twin-brother. Sadly, he doesn't have a job atm. He's trying to clean and run the household while #2 and myself are at work.
Roomie #4: we like to call him "Slavemaster". An extremely slow-thinking and slow-moving person. You can clearly see him thinking about things. His "brain lag" is actually not even lag anymore, it's some sort of disconnection. That slave thing is probably the only time in his life he'll ever have the power to tell someone what to do.
Roomie #5: wife of #4. She's slow-thinking, slow-moving and is seeing herself as "slave" of her husband. I read her blog once and was confused for the next week. She's not even allowed to decide on her own what to wear. But that's cool, she's afraid of making decisions. Yet, she wants to be team leader at our company (because her master told her so, it's nuts), which would mean she'd take care of her team of 10-15 employees.
Roomie #6: me, I'm a nerd, too. However, I like to go out aswell.

Now, let's rate their behaviour regarding cleaning the house:

#1 - 6/10
#2 - 9/10
#3 - 10/10
#4 - 0/10 (he's the master, not the slave - lest we forget!)
#5 - 1/10 (she does what he's telling her)
#6 - 8/10

Don't get me wrong: those ratings also include their will to put dishes into the dishwasher...so the really easy things. Not even those simple tasks are being accomplished. Stuff is being left on top of it instead of opening it and putting it into the dishwasher. That might take 5 seconds longer.

Now, the stuff in our garage belongs to:

#1 - 20%
#2 - 10%
#4 & #5: 80%

Sadly, we can't even get them to clearn their own room. Hence why we couldn't clean up the garage by now. #2, #3 and myself are actually running the house. It would've been fallen apart by now if it wouldn't be for our work. I mentioned all the details so that you understand the issue at hand. It's not done if I'm putting it into a corner...that'll only lead to a fight.
