Lazy Game Reviews (Youtube channel) has gotten my brother and I obsessed with finding some old games and consoles from the Salvation Army and Goodwill stores lately. Found an original Gameboy at Goodwill. Prices are better for used consoles there than the local game shops.

I've been playing GB & GBA games for years on an android with emulator (John GBA on the play store). Much better than the original machine because of battery life and ease of use.

If you're after authenticity then a phone won't compare but if you're just in it for the games then you'd be better off buying and old Samsung with a huge screen and downloading games that way.

I'll be honest, we've been looking to just build up a collection of gaming consoles. Not really to actually play on them. Though having them be functional is a nice addition. I've been also collecting PS2 racing games, but running them on my emulator instead.

Pay day for me today so decided to splurge a little. Treated myself to a nice massage, followed by a trip to CEX to pick up a handful of PS2 Games., then on to a quick lunch at Maccies (6 piece mcnuggets, large 1/4 pounder with cheese meal, and an oreo mcflurry). Then a quick stop at Homebase to pick up a new set of shelves to store my games and movies on.

Nice little haul, although the cashier made a mistake and gave me Tony Hawks Pro Skater 4 instead of Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3, so I will have to return to CEX later this week to get that sorted out...

These shelves just about fit in my Mini

Yup, currently the only Carmine Red 718 Boxster in my country.

Kinsmart I believe, and ~1:43 or 1:32 scale. Its like a size in between those two scales. I can confirm the company for you later. 👍

I have reached a level where it is no longer practical to cover my protein requirements through a healthy and balanced diet.
I tried without and I had to jump through so many hoops it wasn't fun anymore, eating meat every day and eating tons of eggs and beans gets old and unhealthy fast. .

Tastes like butt but on the upside my lifts will probably increase.

My protein powder does not contain any anabolic substances, its just plant protein. Thats why its so expensive, a lot of other powders are loaded with all kinds of crap, this one is clean.
