OMG, im so jealous. Nice lens. How much was it? Wait, does it come in black? I mean, ive never even seen a white canon, and id want it to match. I have a rebel xt by the way. Its entry level now, but we bought it when it first came out, i think its been three years now.

I have XTi ... pretty much on the same boat as you
Lots of L lens are in white, their quality is much higher than most black ones.
$1440 from B&H ... thanks god the exchange rate reaching new low

How the heck do you click the thing? Do you squeeze the whole unit? It sounds kinda chinsy.

The screen is raised up slightly from the rest of the player and their are points that hit the logic board inside. Makes just and much or more sense and the controls on an iPod. Cleaner design that's for sure.

Yea, once the xti came out, I was kinda mad, especially now, because I could buy the xti for cheaper than what we paid for the xt a few years ago. Ive used an xti before, its exactly the same, just 10 mp instead of 8.2, correct?

Pretty much the same except sensor autoclean and more autofocus points. Actually I bought mine a month before price drop MAD!
