Technically this was "purchased" when I bought my new computer back in August. What a great deal Microsoft was doing. So yeah, free:

It's on the way in the mail right now.

EDIT: According to tracking my shipment went DHL (why?) from Louisville to...Chicago. Right, because that's a lot closer to Louisville than Dayton. No wonder this company doesn't make any money! :dunce:

It got mine for $40, I'm waiting to install it though to make sure the world isn't going to implode from it first...like Vista almost did.

I want to buy Win7 Home Premium but it costs around U$ 230 over here and I don't have the money right now, maybe in a few months. Meanwhile I'll keep using the RC version, which already runs great.

Not a purchase, but it also seems someone gave me Premium membership, but I have no clue of who did it or why. Any way I can find out?

Went to Saturn today, picked up a package of BluRay films (5 euro per film, that's cheap!), a DVD for the little one and a game for daddy. ;)

Ditto!

Though, I just had a scare. When I just turned on my PC, a warning that a bootable drive was not found. A simple restart, boot into safe mode, boot from last known working yarda, yarda, yarda and here I am.

Some shiny new tennis shoes :)
They have been "dispatched" but god knows when they'll arrive with the postal strike...

Some ATF,

,

and the October issue of Top Gear magazine! Didn't know Barnes & Noble carried it. Sweeeeet. $11, but I'd say it's worth two American car mags.

Nice swag, NLxAROSA. 👍

I was going to make fun of The Librarian III until I looked it up. No movie Directed by Jonathan Frakes starring Bruce Davison and Bob Newhart can be bad.

I've got two copies of Win7 Pro x64. One was an upgrade edition through www.win741.com for $30, the other from newegg as an OEM DVD - $150. I'd been running the Release Candidate for a while since my hard drives went corrupt and ate my Vista installation, and the full Win7 is just as good with a few extras (Windows XP Mode...not sure what else, actually a slight downgrade because RC1 runs as Win7 Ultimate).

Edit: I had ordered that second copy through TigerDirect on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday I checked the order status and all OEM x64 Professional DVDs had been backordered. Quick phone call cancelled that order, which would not have shipped until the 31st, and placed the same through Newegg, which I should've done to begin with but I didn't think they had the same deal. That one shipped same day (Wednesday) and will be here Monday. Its destined for my netbook.
