Here's my latest purchase

Hopefully Sony will rebate me for it.

^ Hey, what else does it serve for? :dopey:

Anyway, got this, as per girlfriend's request:

If it's interesting, I may use it as well.

Also, got two books:

My Witcher 2 Collectors edition came today.

Yeah...I spent $148 on a game. But so far it's totally worth it. Amazing.

Have you used this yet? Is it any good? I got one free from Jessops when I bought my camera, assumed it would be pants, so I haven't even open the box yet.
It's at my billing address at the moment, and I'm in uni. So I'll probably pic it up Friday.

But when it was used for relatively slow-speed work with good indoor lighting it had great results. Will probably be early June before I get to give it a good test, after my exams finish.

Got...

Collectors Edition includes Original Albums "The Sensual World" & "The Red Shoes"

Been a recent glock fan, i've used a USP for years until i bought a Glock 20 about a year ago. I was looking for a weapon with the same agility and lightness but with more power so i picked up a 23 a few days ago. Awesome weapon and like any glock, it's very light and the double springs make it feel like your firing a .22...Loving it so far....

think I'm gonna stick mine underneath my front numberplate and go for a drive around the local-back-road-ring... either that or stick it on my bicyle - - of course, If I do that I'll have to speed that footage up so I look less like a fat old man.

Bought the greatest hits version of this today. I had the GotY edition a while ago, and I traded it in. Regretted that decision as soon as I made it, and when I saw Oblivion on sale for 18 dollars (new), I was all over it.

I recently graduated design school, well thank you you're too kind, and finally got to buy my graduation present to myself. I knew this the the item I wanted since early in my design career, so when I finally pitched my thesis to resounding acclaim, I bought my grail.

This is a Nambe Twist cocktail shaker. It is beauty objectified. There is no argument that this is the sexiest object in the world.

Alright, this freaks me out. Just seeing prove that we have a :gtplanet: user who has a gun and decided to share it with the world, and saying that he loves it...:scared:

Looks nice, but I should let you know "cocktail shaker" was not the first use that popped up in my mind.

You obviously have not seen the gun thread.

I know what your thinking. Should I click the link, or not? Well, to tell you the truth, after all this time I'm kind of surprised I remembered this post. But being as this is a GTPlanet, the largest Gran Turismo forum in the world, and you're named after a fictional robot, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, Crooooooow?

So I was spending time on ebay and for nostalgic value (damn you child hood memories that cost me money now *shakes fist) I ended up purchasing these two big box games for my collection as I have no idea what happened to the ones I had when I was younger:

I've heard good things about these two I then went on to purchase, in the hope of one day maybe getting time to actually play them... probably when the kids get kicked out move out of my house some 18 to 20 years from now.

Nice 👍 - Congrats on the graduation too

I decided to make my 14th watch a memorable one: the 'baby' Speedy :D :D:

15_omega_speedmaster_reduced_01.jpg

Also nice 👍 I'd love a vintage Speedmaster, especially with a webbing strap Buzz Aldrin style.

Reminds me i need to get my Seamaster fixed, one of the hour markers dropped off the face and is now loose in the casing. Shouldn't really be a difficult fix, but Omega will still lighten my pocket to the tune of £300 to do do so :scared:

I'm stoked and cannot wait for the postman to deliver it. I've been eyeing one out for the better part of two years :D

I wouldn't recommend going to the official Omega AD for a repair, they will be dear. A decent watchmaker should be able to sort you out for half that. 👍

That thing is sexy. I don't drink ( ...yet ;)...) and I want one.

I've been to a few, but with it being water-resistant, they all say they'd have to send it back to Omega since they don't have the equipment themselves, not as to keep it water-resistant. With it being a engagement present from my wife, i don't really want to risk any poor quality work on it. My household insurance should pay out for it anyway and Omega give it a full service too, so it's all good.

So I'm doing some Materials and Process revision, and I'm trying to work out how that was even formed...Cast and polish?

Yeah it's weird on a car forum, where guys declare their love for virtual cars, for a guy to say he loves a weapon that could protect himself and his family from harm, and use it as a enjoyable recreation tool as well.
