Do you know how uncomfortable it is taking cold showers?
The trick is to quickly soak yourself, step out, soap up and then rinse.
Had to get rid of the old one as it was somehow leaking CO. Haven't been able to use hot water or cook for a few days now. Do you know how uncomfortable it is taking cold showers?
Always wanted a technic kit when I were a lad and never got round to getting one. Until now...
I already paid off my preorder back in April, and I found that the demo was good enough that I would put up with it just so I could finally play the game.Thought about it, too. Yet, even tho I've waited for it since I was a teenager...I just can't justify it. Just take a look at all the reviews.

I was supposed to buy it from London where I was in October, but did not buy it because it was so expensive. Now I got it cheaper from here.
I have a feeling you're one of those people who will play the game for Duke & his epic quotes, and not really for the gameplay itself?I already paid off my preorder back in April, and I found that the demo was good enough that I would put up with it just so I could finally play the game.
Dunno yet. The demo was flawed. Heavily. And from the sounds of it, the final game is flawed in the same ways.I have a feeling you're one of those people who will play the game for Duke & his epic quotes, and not really for the gameplay itself?
It's seemingly an "exclusive" to Argos in the UK, but other online shops had it, and obviously the Lego shop had it too.I want that car. Where'd you buy it?
Curious, in the US the "PS3 Greatest Hits" are in red cases (annoyingly, unless you grab one right when it's announced and it's a sticker, like below), but that looks awful. Is that just an artwork placeholder or does it actually look like that?

I had so much fun building the helicopter. You'd be building a section, wondering where it would go and what it would do, then you'd put it together and it'd be a 💡 moment as all the moveable bits fell into place. The bit you start building was moveable and I thought it'd be the rotor assembly, but it turned out to be the undercarriage that moves up and down. Like most Lego products, you can build it into something else, but the problem with the helicopter is that the other thing is another, slightly smaller, helicopter, so I don't really see the need to build that. You built that quick, looks great.
Not cheap are they but according to one reviewer it will soothe your soul and that's got to be worth a few quid.
I absolutely love Technics kits and had thousands of parts before I left the UK. I'd spend hours building robots using the NTX system my brother had and use them as part of my degree course. They're so expensive here though, even by western standards. I could be tempted to buy a new Mindstorms kit though if my wife don't let me have the Irobot Create kit.
Just bought some universally excellent blu-tack to stick up things in my classroom.
You'd be amazed how hard it is to find in a regular shop here, had to online order this.

With the car, it has motorised moveable bits so it should be even better building it. Also, the other thing you can build is a hotrod type car with a powered, folding roof, so it looks like that once I build the main car, it will be taken apart at some point in order to build the other one. 👍
Finally Arrived:
(Animals-Pink Floyd)
All the way from Doncaster, used to belong to an old psychology professor who find it in his basement,He already had one so he put it into Ebay.
Its been two months but is worthy, and the sound is incredible(using a borrowed old Vinyl Player),it might sound silly but these things sound incredible and they just cant be found in my country,I'm halfway there, but the Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast is just impossible to find, maybe I need to follow the same route that I used with Animals and just search it online.
They actually look like that over here
Its in a very shiny, metallic silver case.
