After a recent study finally confirmed the benefits of a forefoot landing while running, i've decided to step up my barefoot running game.

I have been running in very minimalist sandals for a while, but have just ordered these;

Kevlar-soled socks. I don't have the time or patience to condition my feet to run fully barefoot, so these should be perfect. According to the website they are not intended for use on hard surfaces, so it will be interesting to see how long they stand up to being used to run on tarmac.
