Ours lasted 3. I'm hoping it lasts the season before the frame give way to rust. Then I'm going back to a proper charcoal grill. I prefer it over gas.

I found out a couple of things on gas grills. You definitely get a grill that's going to last longer, the more you spend. We used to buy the $300 4 burner gas grills, they worked great at first, but we use them so much (3-4+ times a week at least), they were only lasting a year or two. My last grill was a $650 Master Forge, and it was money well spent, but I also took better care of it.
The second thing is you have to keep the insides cleaned, especially on the cheaper ones. If not all that grease and stuff that falls down around the burners, catches fire and causes flare ups, then also ruins the vital parts over time.
We have a large charcoal grilll too. I like grilling different things on gas and on charcoal, but I use the gas one more especially in winter when it's cold out.
