I thought this was much more Jaggy.

I love all the nice pictures of the beautiful drift cars!

But I have a question about paint...
I don't know where to ask this, so I ask it in the thread I read most and I see a lot of people in with nice paint on their cars.
Sorry if this isn't the place to ask it.

What is the cheapest way to paint a car Matt Black?
I know that you can buy the Lexus LFA in Matt Black, this costs 375.000...
Is this the cheapest way to get it?

Or you can trade for them in the marketplace. Other than that, the LFA is the only way. And if you have bought the DLC, the Aventador also has matte black and matte white paints. :)

I can't to trade, because I don't have many cars or other things to trade...
Which one is cheaper, the LFA or the Aventador?

P.S. If someone has too much Matt Black my psn is Thomasss95 ;)

Must try drifting one of those....good job:tup:

Think I spend that much time with the tail out whilst racing them I've never felt the need to turn one into a drift machine intentionally

It's pretty epic, and surprisingly smooth and easy to drift... I put the settings up on another one of my posts, the one about intermediate pointers... Just don't get the supercharger, hahaha, it becomes a little wild... :P

Got home from work last night, and had to go to work on the new whip. Took a few photos, and then got lost in photobucket for a few hours :dopey:

Anyways, here's the new ship

You can also get a Matte Black from the FT-86 Concept. Not the G-Sports, the normal one.

Nice BMW Twitcher!

I think I'm going back to photobucket now, this was fun!
Tested it out on an old picture.

Really nice pic bud!

I just recently switched to Flickr, but I've pretty much switched back to PB because of the editor. I'm really liking how you can edit the filters yourself. I just started playing with some of the overlay features last night and it looks like it's going to take months to fully explore all the possibilities.

Have you tried using an image editor before uploading? That should give you the most control and give you access to the widest range of editing tools.

I suspect everybody has heard of Photoshop and knows it's expensive but GIMP is free and does a lot of the same stuff...have you guys tried it?

4th M3 pic was my fave too there:)

Thanks Manny!!

Looking at those pics again today, I think I may have got a little bit carried away with the editing...I was definitely guilty of E.U.I. (editing under the influence...) when I was working on those. Probably try to tone it down a bit next time lol.

EDIT: @daft biker - you know, I'd actually kind of forgotten about Gimp. I downloaded it quite a while back, but have never used it.

I have pretty much zero experience editing photos...I'm just figuring stuff out as I go. When I opened gimp for the first time, I was kind of intimidated by it, so I think that's why I haven't touched it.

I've been using the editors on the photo sharing sites just cause they're so simple to use. I really should sit down with gimp one weekend and figure it out, as I'm sure it is much more intricate and elligant.

Overall I like the increase in contrast and it looks more punchy than the original.

In the reworked one I think the lighter and more saturated greens and reds bring out some details better but have the unfortunate side effect of drawing my eye up from the car into the trees and making the red bit of whatever in the background more intrusive too. I think there's more stuff competing for attention with the car.

The background blur is working better for me too though......the bookeh looks a lot smoother than what the GT5 camera churns out and I see nothing in the image to give the game away that it was applied in post processing:tup:

Well you did ask

this is more than I could've ever hoped for in a reply. Thank you so much man! This is the kind of criticism one can grow and learn from. I'd delve into this deeper but I have to go to bed. So I'll catch you guys later, and I'll keep working on this stuff.

Thanks again!
