I was there until the :cencored: host decided to kick me :(

We kicked a few throughout the night, whether it was for leaving mics on, lagging, crashing others, running the wrong line or using the wrong car.

Try again at the next one and see how it goes.

You were one that kicked me out.

And I was drifting a midget .. nothing wrong with that...

Oh aha, Yeah that wasn't me who booted you, I was never the host in that room :P

Turning up to the matsuri in a silly car is usually met with a boot, however funny it was!

As far as I remember you were going the wrong way in a midget and caused a train of cars to crash...

Me and FRAG

Great pics Knight! I'd say you've got a solid grasp on how to add "speed" to your pics. Very good progress bud!! I honestly can't find any major faults with those pics. I think from this point on, the only way you'll get better is simply by taking more pics and becoming more familiar with the GT5 camera, which will allow you to really explore the possibilities.

One thing to play around with is try taking shots while standing close to the car (and using a wider angle lens) and taking shots while standing far away (while zoomed in tight). I think you will catch on quickly as to the difference between the two.

Another thing you can do to teach yourself more is when you are setting up to take a shot, try taking one shot with each of the 3 panning modes. This is how I learned what the difference between them is, and when its best to use each mode.

I gotta say, I really do like this one! The Fish Eye helps show-off that Angle (even though theres not much angle in this one) and the Panning mode 3 does make a huge difference compared your last set! I can feel the Speed!!
But I woulda said Panning mode 2 for this one?

Edit:

S-Chassis Party.
Old Pictures.. 2weeks old most.

Me: Green S15, Leo: Purple PS13, TougeWolf: Black S15, and LERK: White S14.

The Fish Eye.....

There isn't a fisheye lens in GT5 unfortunately. I wish there was!

There are two types of wide angle lenses - rectilinear ones that draw straight lines straight and curvilinear ones for the fisheye everything gone bendy effect. The wide angles GT5 is trying to simulate is a rectilinear lens......they didn't simulate any drawing distortion at all so the GT5 camera is about as far away from being a fisheye as it gets! Real rectilinear wide angle lenses tend to exhibit some drawing (usually barrel) distortion even although the designers try to minimise it.

Just spraffing....keep up the good work:tup:

Nah man the car is fine, Its just the picture is blury.. there's been lots of helpful tips posted in the last few pages about Photomode! Doesn't it look blury to you? :L
Just pointing in out aha! I cant offer any tips as I dont know how you took an out of focus shot tike that in the first place.:boggled:
