Silvia S13 ‘88 w/ ultra rpm?

I got the Ultra rpm on the S13 and i am only topping 325mph with NOS

Can anyone share their tune that has it topping 329? Also if you have top speed tune for ultra rpm Nismo & Bugatti i would really appreciate you sharing
