I have made some adjustments that should allow me to be home by 8pm. Shouldn't be a problem getting in tonight. Again.......I've had no practice or even familiar with the car. I've not followed everything lately like I normally would but I apologize to my teammates for not being at 100% for this event

MIKE, MIKE, MIKE, MIKE, MIKE! Guess what day it is! Guess. What. Day. It. Is!

Going to open the room early for practice. Post up if you want in early, otherwise expect invites for qualifying at 7:30 PST.

Hey Shaun, I just saw your post from last week asking aboot me racing......ahhhh, Nope...looks like a full room anyway.good luck guys and have fun. I’m too old for 90 minutes. Just look at my picture on the left over there, that’s me rage quitting after “The Torpedo” takes me out

Well, sorry I left guys - but my car was broken after smacking Stanc sitting sideways. And when I asked about there not being any mechanical damage, and just aero, and y'all said yes, just aero, I removed the FULL repair from my pit strats.... I guess I wasn't clear what I was asking, and it's my fault, should've just left that one in. Tried to simplify it. Oh well, car felt good and wasn't too bad, thanks @HazardLvL4 for the tune, maybe next time. Sometimes I still feel like a complete noob at this game.

Anyway, was a bit frustrated but again, my fault. Hopefully I can be there next week, I'll plan on it (and have all the pit strats covered).

Thanks for the opportunity @sgohsixthree

STOP using pit strategys. Just figure out the in car menu. You can change to any tire, just not the tire pressure, but when did that ever work for anyone. You can literally see how much fuel you need, it goes red, not enough. If youre using more than what it thinks I dont know what youre doing. And if you have damage you just pick "all". Still, make a pit strategy anyway, it MIGHT work lol (seriously, it might, it might not, but its still better than gt sport.. not the pitstops, the game)

Anyway, I didnt do well. Started in 13th, saw 4th or something, something happened, then that brutal 2 laps of the AI driving. Im sorry to camel for that, he kinda tapped the terminator going onto the straight. I tried warning him but ya know.

Yeah what colts said, you could've adjusted in the ICM and scrolled it to all and it would've fixed everything.... And if I ever have to drive that Jag-Bag again it'll be a cold day in HADES!

Thanks @bigtimedave , I wasn't sure wtf Colts was saying... I thought that is maybe what he meant. Was so looking forward to another 90 minute race, but oh well. And yeah, I didn't know that you could scroll through the in-car menu and get it to repair. I was just telling @HazardLvL4 the other day, how new I still feel to this game.

And after I got back to the pits, and they didn't fix the car, I just got a little frustrated coming out of the pits. Had Stanc not gone onto the road a little I could've 'snuck by, but he didn't stop until a portion of his car was sitting on the track right after the Mulsanne turn... I had someone on my right and couldn't move over anymore than I did, and just tapped his right front to my left front, but it broke the car badly. Had to turn my wheel more than 90* left to get it to go straight, and I think I still had a puncture or something on the back because it was wondering all over at the rear.

I know Stanc didn't do that on purpose, either, he just went too hot into Mulsanne (which is something I would do) and got on the gravel... Well, now I know about being able to access repair from the icm, and I apologize to everyone for quitting (it wasn't a rage quit or anything, I just thought, "well, damnit, this sucks"). Besides, my teammates could've used another rollin' cha'cane on the track to try and slow Hazard down!

Not to offend Colts......but dont listen to him. Yes you can change things in the ICM but you always want to have a pre planned pit strategy if you are going to be in a race that involves a pit stop (If it doesnt involve a pit stop then it's not a race.......neither here nor there) Not only should one not hit the button "Request Pit Stop" but one should always have a pre race pit stop selected. These two things make a difference in how fast a pit stop is performed. It does make a difference. By having a pre selected pit stop.....if the room itself has pit stop errors turned on such as last night......you cut down your chances of having a mistake by almost 100% as well.

And btw, @Stanc03 , was in no way, shape or form blaming you. Complete racing incident, and I know you "tried" to stop before coming back on - it's just where your car was positioned after the spin. No biggie. And I know it broke your car too, your just not as much of a dumbass about this game as I am.:lol::lol:

And @sgohsixthree I hope you'll give me another shot... I'll even take the Jag-Bag if needed. :P

I thought in the past, you stated using the "Request Pit Stop" prior to your planned pit stop was quicker then just ducking in the pits on the lap you planned on pitting? I planned on pitting every 9 laps last night and used the "Request Pit Stop" at the start of the 9th lap each time, should I not have?
