Simulating Daily Race conditions?

Hello,
I want to train for a Daily Race where there is a Tyre Wear on (which I was never tried so far). I am trying to simulate same conditions and found two options — create a Lobby, but here I cannot start racing alone. Or create a Custom Race, where i cannot set BoP so my car behaves totally differently than it does in a Daily Race. I believe there is an option but I am missing it.

Unfortunately you can simulate only on lobby..but as soon as you open one you will have quickly other players to tace with 😄

You can create a lobby that is only visible for your friends. Less likely someone will pop in if most of the player-base can't see it.

This, and make sure the settings “race for real” and off track grip “real” are set correctly too, or you won’t get the proper race conditions. Same for time of day, ideally you wanna match every setting you can.

Pretty sure you can, as I routinely do when I'm creating images for the Daily Race articles and I want to pose an AI field by tactically slowing them up.

What does "Race for real" change on track? Compared to "Race for Fun".
I always thought it was purely informal and a way to just notify the lobby "policy".

Levels of grip, it’s basically like going between TT and an actual race, as far as I understand.
