Also, I think the rear wheels have tires with taller sidewalls and the wheel arches are bigger. This creates the impression of a smaller rear wheel.

That's not what I mean.

The front rim looks smaller than the rear rim, while a stock 458 has a bigger front rim than rear, but the rear rim has a fatter tyre. This 458 doesn't.. He has to swap his front and rear rims and put a fatter tyre around the rear rims.

That's because they're ADV1 5.0 TrackSpec's; 20x9 & 21x11.

It's not a smaller wheel & the 458 does not have a larger front wheel than the rear; it's just an illusion that it does. Nothing was swapped.
