SLR mclaren(19 inch wheel option)

Its fully upgraded and I need a good setup. Anyone have any suggestions plz?
Currently this is my setup:

RH:10/25
SP:13.2/15.0
DE:6/6
DC:5/5
ARB:4/4
CA:0.0/0.0
TA:0.00/0.20

Also can someone tell me what dampers and antiroll bars are and what they do?
