Better be careful in stepping outside of Snail Spec requirements. Utilizing BOP is still within Spec, I think.

Just my 2.5 cents worth (adj for inflation)
I was thinking more in lines of using a powerful car. Something that where you can’t just hold acceleration down the entire race.

That would require high downforce and in my mind not that much fun. That fittipaldi was pretty nice.
Fittipaldi seems like it would be nice. I don’t think there is many people with a lot of miles on this car. So it would be a new beast for many. I like it

I was testing that car on Circuit de Sainte-Croix - B when I won prize B a couple weeks ago, but it bounced off the limiter in the draft, so ended up going with the BMW VGT.....The Fittipaldi is a great car to drive and a ton of funtoo.

15 minutes u til cut-off. If you don’t confirm by 6est you don’t race.

@TEX36 I may not beable to post confirmation closes at cut-off. Can you handle that and then add who needs to be added, and quote the confirmation list to the thread?

I'll be on time'ish

I did not confirm having not seen the message that we now must do so for endurance.

I believe Speedcenter was planning to race as well. Is their room possibly for either or both of us?

You can start last with no points as we did discuss you running this past Sunday night. I cannot do this again, please confirm in the given time frame officially posted on Mondays for additional Race Nights. you have until 6:00pm Easter time on Tuesday nights prior to race nights. Thanks

Sorry for the delay on points. Here is what we have.

Points on the front page have been updated. @Bubdub804 you have the choice for the race at Mount Panorama. You are the lucky one that will have TWO Weeks to decide which class style, fuel/tire wear, and the type of start. Please have your Decision selected and posted on the forum by: 8/27 at 8:30 Est. The time of day for Mount Panorama will be the Default time of day, as the race we have scheduled there in the Gr.3's a few weeks later will be at night, as that is the ARL scheduled time of Day.

Next week Is the Northern Isle Race.
The car is the SUBARU VIZIV GT VGT. This thing is alot of fun.
The race will consist of HIGHer Tire Wear with lower fuel wear!

I would like some feed back on this. Twin 125's (laps) or 200 laps with a little qualifying race prior?

Place your votes on here. Voting will close at 9pm Est Saturday night.

I need to edit something on this after watching the ARL Gr.4 race last night I realized something on the lap counts.

This is the original: I would like some feed back on this. Twin 125's (laps) or 200 laps with a little qualifying race prior?

If it were twin 125, then the time would be roughly 30 minutes. Which isn’t long enough. So, here is the edit.

Do we set it up for 90 minutes of racing straight like we normally do, which will most likely result in 300+laps. OR

Twin 200’s with reverse grid for the second race. Qually for the first would be 5 minutes.

This would put us around 2 hours.

300

Twin 200’s would mix it up a little - and provide time between to get un-dizzy.
