Signed up for wildcard entry!

All paddle shift cars. I feel the oppression of a shifterless socialistic society. :yuck: :D It’s a conspiracy I tell you! I’m blaming the Democrats (to be called henceforth Socialcrats)

Correction: The track time for Circuit de Sainte-Croix - A 15:10 Fine Weather

There was a typo in the scoring sheets that carried over to the history files

Just saw this (as the registration window was closing), guess I'll sit this one out. Good luck to everyone!!

If you can make it tonight just show up and we'll see what happens. Theres a good chance we'll have room for you even though you missed the reg. deadline

The sign-up form is closed

The people in the list who said "Yes" are in for tonight. Let us know as soon as possible if your situation changed.

The "pending" ones are on a first come first serve basis.

I will steward and broadcast from a spectator's point of view. I hope @MajorBlixem is available to help as the second non-racing steward.

I will not be able to assist tonight. The Crew Chief is in hospital. Not sure if she's coming home tonight.

@Rednose58
My situation for tonight has changed, and I will be available if a spot happens to be open if it's not too late. Found out my evening would be clear just within the last hour.

Preliminary delayed starts:

If TexasmostHated and lean_22_YT shows up for all the races, then this will be the delayed starts for tonight:

I added 1 lap each for Rounds 1 and 3 without adding the delay for the extra lap. So the total race times will be over 20 minutes.

Hints:
1. You should only defend your position when you are in No 1 spot.
2. If a driver behind you catches up, it is going to be faster for both of you if you let him pass and you then follow in his shadow.
3. If you are similar in speed and you make a mistake, let the other guy go by. You will not fall behind and he might make a mistake too and let you pass again.
4. Hopefully the field will be bundled up at the start of the last lap where it will be a "free for all - nose to tail" battle for the lead.

I know it goes against your nature to "stay ahead at all cost", but none of you will catch up to the front runners if you slow yourself and your competitors around you down.

Race clean and race smart!

@Rednose58 @SAMHAIN85 i need to change my status for tonight’s action. I’m sorry to inform that I will not be able to attend. I hope there is enough time to get the waiting list confirmed.

Full disclosure: these are my December times. All cars have been in parc ferme since last snail race. Santa Claus was kind enough to put a shiny new Australian brake spring in my stocking. I used the new pedal feel as opportunity to overcome years of procrastination and take up left foot braking. My times are a bit faster in TT practice (the Porsche significantly so at 2sec faster, some of which is track familiarity I’m thinking).

Recent posts have also had me looking sideways at the dust on my unused shifter.
