Software for video creation?

Hi there, my cousin is getting married and I would like to create a video clip as a gift for her. Is there one software can I use for both editing the images and creating the video? I have heard about photoshop. Is it good enough and simple to use? Any advise will be deeply appreciated.

I'm afraid Photoshop can only do images. Concerning the Video aspect of it, I use Windows Movied Maker as it is very simple to use.

That is the program I use to make all my videos. Including the one's that I put on youtube!

Well if you had thought of it for a while its name is "photo" & "shop", meaning it has to do with photos,..

stick with windows movie maker.. or if you want to go beyond, adobe premier..

I thought photoshop allows us to create video clip as well? Is Windows Movied Maker free for download or does it comes with the windows? Sorry I am not very pro in software.
