WTC, Mexican border, blowing stuff up?

Wow.

Where is that rabbit with the pancake on it's head when you need it?

You happen to be a very energetic Republican supporter of the Iraq war isn't it?

Tell me one thing.

Why don't you enlist and go "liberate" the people of Iraq then?

Same old rhetoric.

I am an Air Force guy. I don't know how to liberate people with 50,000 pounds of thrust.

Yeah, nice one, a6m5.
I thought you might like that one. :D

You are over-stretching the meaning of that word. ****ing seriously. You are labeling criminals, the majority of immigrants who happen to wish for a better life. The same immigrants who come here to work under less than the minimun salary. The same immigrants who enrich more this nation and get nothing in return. Oh yes, they are criminals. :dunce:
That's nice and sweet and everything. I appreciate your take on, when it's a crime, and when it's not. You accuse me of "over-stretching" things. You don't seem to get this. What I'm saying is a fact. Yours is an opinion, which most people don't share. Law does not say it's OK to cross borders illegally, as long as that persons' intentions are good. It's black and white, very simple.

Funny that the article is talking about a suspected murderer US citizen to cross the border and then you call criminals the illegal immigrants. But the ****ing illegal Mexican Immigrants!!!!!

I didn't make myself clear in the end.

Think about this though. People will twist the meaning of a word according to their own preferences. In my opinion, the US committed a crime when they invaded Iraq without consent of the UN, despite the fact that you won't agree with me.

There is no point in arguing with you. GTplanet could almost be like the forum section of Fox News.

Yes, there's no point. I'm stating fact, you are throwing your opinions at me. I'm not the one who's doing the twisting around here.

Find any thread regarding Iraq that I posted in. I've been against the invasion of Iraq, even before it started.

P.S. I've bashed Fox News in one of the threads, also. Actually, I believe that was my first encounter with Viper Zero.

Indeed, that is your opinion, but you are factually wrong.

Hilarious! You don't read the Opinions forum much, do you?

I love my Fox News. Show both sides of the story and let me decide, isn't that great?

I can't believe they would let this manic into this country! Thats terrible. He was obviously a crazy blood-thirsty criminal, and they still let him in. I guess the US police didn't have any dirt on him, only Canadian blood, so they fingerprinted him and let him get himself in trouble. Couldn't customs hand him over to the Canadian police for questioning? I have no faith in our borders being safe anymore...

I agree that this seems to be very clearly something in which the Canadian and U.S. police should have cooperated more closely. But from the article I am in fact assuming that they did and that the Canadian police didn't have anything on him.

However, this comment:

Anthony conceded it "sounds stupid" that a man wielding what appeared to be a bloody chain saw could not be detained. But he added: "Our people don't have a crime lab up there. They can't look at a chain saw and decide if it's blood or rust or red paint."

Under the circumstances, I would think they had the right to take the time to make sure what that was on the chainsaw, under the circumstances. Then again, I have no idea of the general weirdness of people crossing the borders there - maybe he didn't stand out all that much anyway.

I guess you can't really blame the border police that much in this case, but it does make you wonder if they can't come up with something better next time.

Why did you have to include immigrants here? The article is about a criminal, and you mention immigrants. People like you is why this nation is so ****ed up.

Do you expect an arab terrorist walk all the way from Asia to the borders?

Then you bash the Liberals.

You try too hard to be an ignorant Republican.

How do you think they entered the country ..by space plane ...by parachute..? I think they had to cross a border SOMEPLACE.. This is one of the stupidest post I have read in a long time .

I'm no fan of Viper Zero's politics, but...

He clearly stated "illegal immigrants". An "illegal" immigrant IS a criminal, since they have committed an ILLEGAL act - that of entering a country unlawfully.

I find it interesting that you associate all immigrants with just the illegal ones.

Do you expect that all terrorists are Arabs?

Thank you, Famine. I was just about to make precisely those points, but I see I don't have to now.

Wow, Slippery, man. Your view of illegal immagrants(as view by every nation on earth) is very out there.

Every country doesn't just let anyone/everyone come in and setup shop. There are procedures you must go through to be a legal alien and eventually gain citizenship.

Why is that so hard to grasp?
