Just got this Sony Digital Printer Model (DPP-SV77).

Man this thing is cool cause it lets you do just about anything to a picture, but the picture quality isn't so good. :( So I think I'm gonna send it back. I really wanted it to make great photos from a Digital Camera.

Anybody here ever mess with one of these or something similar?

Get a high dollar Epson photo printer. The 1200 and 2000 series are both really nice. Keep in mind, price is nearly equally proportionate to the quality of the printer, and I've seen some upwards of $2,000. The Epson Stylus Photo 2000 (or something) was about $800, which is what we use at work (graphic design).

I have a crappy little Lexmark 1000 series priter ... :(
I want a bigger system, but my olds don't have the money! :cryreallyhard:

Thanks for the feedback, I am currently looking at the HP 1315 model now. I think that should do the trick. It has the capability of taking the Sony mem stick right on the printer. The print quality is 2400 x 1200 dpi. It looks like the best HP printer they offer now.

I'm quite pleased with my Epson Photo Stylus 780. It definitely isn't the fastest printer on the market, but it does some really good quality print outs.
