Special Black Used Cars

I bought two the first cycle (787B and the R92CP) and then bought 2 on the second cycle (GT-One and the R390 GT-1) At the beginning of the month I won the F1 and all that's left is that RX-7 LM. Anyone here have the RX-7?

I don't. But I know there are few people who won them from Roadstar Enduro race.

Just got it tonight homey ! I'm a little dissapointed about the R92CP, too much spinning so need lot of settings, and can't turn enough. The GT-One is that dam perfect

Have you done the chassis refresh as this will tighten up the handling.

These black cars are the same as the liveried ones except for the fact you need a chassis refresh for them and they have 5% less power (after an oil change)

Yeah i've done chassis refresher and i've increased rigidity... it doesnt turn that much even after it. But the GT-One turn as heeeeeeeell

It's worth mentioning more clearly despite the previous post to this effect. The so-called black beauties available from the used car lots are NOT carbon fiber or anything else more exotic than a simple black version of the team color models of the same cars. The only difference is the price ... much less than new from the showrooms ... and the mileage ... which requires a chasis refresh and an oil change to get best performance.

Since I don't like the blackness of the GT-One and R390, those were wastes of money for me. I'm gonna buy the 4.5 mill versions of both of them, just to have them in color. I already won the R92CP in color, its awesome, but I guess I'll keep all 4 black cars, just because theyre special. Actually, I wouldn't mind that 787B in color neither. Time to get 8 cars instead of just 4 in black

Buy them on any day you want after days 694-700...How? I hear you ask, this is how.

Get a second memory card, and an Action Repay Max.

Wait until your original memory card game save is at about day 690, and copy your original game save to the new second memory card.

Now use Action Replay Max to give you 'Maximum Money' on your second memory card. Save Game. Play on for four more game days and buy the Black Specials. Save Game.

Now you can trade the any car from your 'Maximum Money' card to your Original memory card, and for a discount.

Any car you trade across does not come across with tuning parts or set-ups.

I'm starting again, but I'll be first in line on Day 694 (haven't a chance of getting enough to buy them all just 80 days out with only 15,000 credits). Will probably buy either the GT-One or 787B. The R92CP looks like a fish, and the R390 is slower than a wet week (lapped normal version in High Speed Ring race of GT All Stars).

Has anyone raced against any of the four special black cars in an arcade race? I have raced against the Nissan R92CP several times but the other three never come up, the Nissan 390 GT1, the Toyota GT-One or the Mazda 787B.

Actually, as I said, I have raced against a black nissan R92CP in arcade, Circuit de la Sarthe ll to be exact and I have 21 game saves. I raced three different cars against the black nissan, the Pescarolo C60, the Bentley and the Peugeot 905 all with the difficulty on 10.

Either way you're gona have to wait the same ammount of time, may as well just keep on going.

I just missed 3 of the 4 myself, though I only really wanted two of them. I managed to get the Mazda at least, my favorite.

I've raced against the black 787B somewhere but can't remember where. I think it was in GT mode, and was probably at Like The Wind.

They do pop up every now and again in a couple of places, arcade mode being one of them.
