Thankyou all for those who replied to my earlier query. I managed to win the supercar festival.

I need help on the Special conditions hall - Hard section. Its driving me nuts trying to win most of the courses on this. Am using the toyota raid rsc but always seem to fail. The 5 sec penalty thing is also annoying.

Any suggestions on which car would be best suited or recommended settings on the toyota raid.

Thanks

Buy a mitsubishi lancer super rally car or get a subaru rally car. (the newest one.) I used a Mitsu CZ-3 Rally Car (I forgot where I won it at.) and it took me trough those races with ease. :) As for settings you dont have to change them too much.

Adjust your driving style a bit, you won't get a penalty if you slide the back of the car into the wall (use the handbrake if necessary). It doesn't look too clean, but it gets the job done. The Toyota Raid RSC should be just fine, maybe add a bit more power.

I don't like the special conditions hall at all.. So if you do it this way its just easy to get it over with.

Good luck.

EDIT: So for the driving, basically just keep your foot planted on the gas and bounce your way through the track using the rear of the car to make contact with the side of the track.

heres a tip i used on the tsukuba wet run in the hard class, use the xanavi nismo skyline with r5 tires, an oil change and the right setup which i will post wednesday for you and you will destroy an audi R8 with it

Try the Suzuki GSX R-4 or if you feel like cheating the Dodge RAM !! And before you ask, yeah I know!
nige

I won all the special conditions with the RSC Rally Raid Car that you say. So I think you do something wrong....

You can cheat, if you don't have a problem. Wallride every wall possible.
You don't want to cheat? Take all the dirt licenses gold in the license hall. Or anyway, try to take them gold, in order to practice the best dirt racing line.
It's incredible how wrong you were when taking a corner and being sure that you took it perfectly, until you saw the demonstration video. (Hope you understand, my English lessons are still in progress)

For the Citta di Aria-Costa di Amalfi races I suggest M3 GTR Race car.
For the wet Tsukuba any car over 700 bhp and with super Racing medium tires or better.

Good Luck!

I just used a Fully tuned Subaru Impreza WRX Sti on Qualification tires. :)

Get a Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 Turbo '98, tune it all the way up to 871 BHP and run through those things in e-z mode :)
