If you can't post anything other than tripe, don't post.
It's even stranger the Belgians can't have it..
The Dutch in the north have it, the British in the west can participate, the French in the south can, as well as the Germans in the east..
But fortunately I'm Dutch.

Well, they had seen the Gillet Vertigo and...uh, sorry.
Now, I believe that it's often also affected by legal issues. Many countries have laws regarding lotteries - and it's very often not possible to meet certain criterias. Some countries, for example, might have a law that's saying that you shouldn't have the need to purchase a certain product to participate - which is impossible for GT Academy, since it's all based on Gran Turismo 5, which you'd have to purchase.

This still annoys me to no end - if you don't want to give out the cars, fine; but then don't promise them. Sony marketing messed this one up.

That is possible. No problem there. I've done it, registered and started the time trial, drove for few seconds and that was it. When I went back to the GT Life, the car was there.
Unfortunatelly it cannot be send to my main account in ticket or car gift form.
So there is basically no use of that car ...

You'll not only need to register, but actually log into the Seasonal Events, run some laps (probably just 1 will do) on the actual combo, then return to the GT Life home page and it should reward you.
If you do the above and still don't receive a reward, check to see if other Italian users have received their car. If they also haven't, it may be something at PDI's end.
That's not a huge help I know, but here's hoping it works out for you.

i have the turkish/greek version of the game and my main psn is made with saudi arabia is it possible to: make a fake uk or french account for example and and regester it for the acadmy and then sign in with that fake account on my main save file and do some laps will i be able to recive the car on my main save file and then sign in with my main psn and continue playing with car???
