Now you're assuming that it was a legitimate rape, and not some BS she was 17 rape. Does anybody really believe that a 17-year old is that much less mature than an 18-yr old?

Let's not forget the girl so drunk she doesn't realize what's going on, (by her own fault of drinking WAY too much) waking up to realize, "EW"!

And the girl that lied and said she was 16, when she's 15.

Or the girl that says she was raped, but has no signs of any struggle at all.
The girls that claim to have been raped, but admit to not having said no, without having a weapon directed at them, nor the threat of one.

then we move on to indiviual personalities, and circumstances of each individual case, and how much/if any mental damage has really occured, and how they'll handle it.

Might they kill themselves? it's possible, but I'd bet that person was already unstable to begin with. No, that doesnt make it better, but it needs to be considered.

So, all in all, the percentage of legitimate suicides caused directly by rape, out of all rape convictions is........ How low?
Now, what's the percentage of murder convictions deaths?

Rape is a terrible thing. An unspeakable act to commit against someone, especially a child. But is it worse than murder? No. Not a question.

If 17 is below the legal consensual age then it is rape. 16 year olds can be more mature than 30 year olds, but the law doesn't see maturity in rape, only age (That kind of rape anyway).
