SpeedART- Birthday Update!

I love the first shot a lot.
Thanks very much TVR&FF that is one of my favourites as well.

I have sent jgda9rs a PM telling you how to do the presentation style if you still don't understand then just PM me okay?

My next update will have something to do with hair dresser's.........

Good set of photos, speedster. 👍

I think the last if too blurry, but I really like the 2nd one. That rear looks very natural and has great reflections.
Good presentation, too. I still haven't figured out how to do those yet, even after reading the tutorials. :dunce:

About the contrasting thing, and especially when shooting white cars, try to get them when the light source is behind you, which means facing the car instead of having the car between you and the light source. Unless of course you're aiming for a very specific effect for a shot.

Thanks Beerzy, I will learn for my mistakes with the blur and the white car mistakes. I can teach you how to do those panels if you want I have already taught Tommi and jgda9rs. Thanks again though.

Nice work on that Audi 👍 great mix of soft and sharp effect on that second one, and cool angle on the third 👍

Are those panles hard to get togehter? it looks so cool but I don´t have so much time to spend (wife and kid want my attention as well) :ouch:

Doesn't take long at all about 10 minutes at the most. Thanks for the compliment on the shots.

U really becoming good at making panels. The yellow background makes the panel look cool, and U have also done like U do sometimes, U have put a link to the car maker, thats a very sweet touch IMO.
The shots are also good, very nice captures, the car is has some nice details.
Well done:tup:

I learn only from the master of course....:) It is a really nice touch to it linking it to the manufactures page it is a shame the TT page on their site wasn't the old one so I could link it to that. Thanks for the comments on the shots and panel. Thanks again.

Nice work speedster 👍

Have you been working on your cleaning skills, or it's me, or you have been improving a lot lately 👍 The only thing I can say is to blend in the car a little bit better, the second is what I'm talking about, the car's cropped in at the bottom, right corner. Try to fit it in in another way, the car's too distracting and leaves the rest of the shot pretty much empty. Besides that, I spot a little error in the what looks like a red-yellow tinted shot. Your blur seems a little bit off. It's kinda long to explain but Dman has got a tutorial laying around in his gallery how to get nice zoom blurs, however, since the vanishing point is out of the picture and yet you have used a larger canvas (correct?) try to combine Dman's tutorial with the larger canvas. If you cannot figure it out, I'll be willing to set you up with a little tutorial but that would be in the weekend 👍

But keep up the nice improvements Speedy! 👍

i agree with Bram, and the windshields on some of the shots could use a little bit more attention, but it's nothing really to worry about. love the panel presentation as well. it's very summery and suits the car very well. thanks for doing the panel tutorial for me btw. really appreciate it.

Hi Bram, Thanks for the kind words especailly about the cleaning, I certainly feel that I have improved since last time. About the Audi shots now, I don't really know what you mean by "Blend in the car a bit better" what do you mean by this?
Now the blur on my Red shot, I don't really understand that tutorial on Zoom Blur or whatever it is called and would much appreciate if you could explain it to me at some point. Thanks again for the kind words and ways to improve.

I didn't really know how to fix the stupid wind screens I noticed they looked all rubbish but didn't have the no how to fix it. Thanks for the comment on the panels I really enjoy doing them at the moment. I am glad you found the shots summary as thats how I intended them to look. Good luck on the panel tutorial I sent you hope it is easier to understand than Alex's. Thanks again!

What a friggin coincidence; my hairdresser always drives in a TT to our house!! :embarrassed:

Nice shots, especially the 2nd, but maybe white out the license plate there.

Cool TT shots, speedster.
I especially like 2nd and 3rd, very nice.
2nd looks very clean and the headlight looks great. And 3rd has very nice angle and colours, only the blur is a bit off.

Nice presentation too. :)

okay, so let me get this straight, your hair dresser drives an Audi TT ? wow!
he/she must be really good. so i guess you pay a lot for your haircut then ? :D just wondering man. no pun intended :D

very nice pics. that car aint a bad one as far as textures go, and you used to scenery pretty well to make them all different. nice

See then hair dresser's do own Audi's.....Thanks for the comments on the shots didn't notice it until now that that shot would have looked better with the no. plate wiped. Thanks again

Thanks Beerzy. Yeh the healight did seem very clean when I took it on the game with that shot and just seemed to keep it's "cleaness". Thanks again Beerzy.

I have no idea why I quoted this at all.....but if it pleases you to know then all my hair dressers in my village (which there are 6)seem to have either a SLK/ 206 CC/ Megane CC/ 307 CC or a Audi TT.

Thanks very much Lmracer. When taking the shot's I wanted to bring out the scenery as much as the car, as the two seemed to fit hand in hand. I glad you found them all diffrent to each other. I completely agree about the textures on the TT they seem quite good to be honest (but they looked better in the game). Thanks again Lmracer.

Also while I am at it, I have two update scoming up one is of a Shelby Mustang GT350R and the other will hopefully be of a Proto Spirra thingy. I was wondering if any one wanted to have some requests. So I have opened up 2 request spots ( I may consider more IF I have time)Oh and prefferably no racing cars or really completely expensive cars like Chapperall anything under or slightly above 500,000 will do nicely.
Request spots
1. TVR&FF: Audi RS6
2. LOON: Any JGTC Car
3. Rayquaza: VW Golf GTI MK1

I want to request the Jaguar E-Type in British Racing Green if you have won it, but if not then the Audi RS6 will be alright.

I'm loving the way you're presenting the shots, definetly a cool way of doing that.👍 I'm liking the second panel's shot alot, very smooooth. But they all look great.

I can't believe your hairdresser drives an Audi, they must charge alot to be pimpin' one of those around.

I wanna see what you can do with a "race car"...
I'd like to see any JGTC car, you pick what car wanna use, as long as its JGTC.👍

Thanks LOON. I will try my hardest with a JGTC car I am thinking....no wait I am not thinking at the moment. Thanks for visting my gallery LOON.
Just also wanted to say that I will be opening another request spot as a feel 2 is not enough really.

I'm here. Yup, the editting style of this batch is too much "dodged" to my taste, but those pics look nice. The panel is working fine, so you'll find a more stylish aesthetics in the future with more practice.

Nice audi shots. Very nice actually. Looking forward to more soon:)
Thanks Cod_Father for your kind words.

Yup he is here! Seems strange that the shots look dodged when I didn't actaully dodge them but ow well. I will keep at the panels and hopefully keep improving on the shots front and panel front. Thanks again Alex!

Hurrah Finally!, ive got round to checking this update out and what can i say.......its great!👍 these have got to be the best shots ive seen from you so far Speedster:tup: i really like your style:D
The 1st and 3rd shots are my favourite but the 2nd is spoilt by the pixelated Number plate, you should have got rid of it like on the 4th one.
Keep up the good work:tup:

Thanks Tommi. Glad you liked them they are some of my favourites as well then again I throughly enjoyed taking them in the first place which is always a good thing. I know I should have reomved the number plate mark as they look pixelated hopefully I will learn from my mistake and not do it on the RS6. Thanks guys for making this one of my most popular updates ever!

Keep up the improvements Speedy! 👍

BTW: The tutorial is finished and sent, if you need anything, hit the PM button, I hope to see some experimenting on it soon 👍

I can't thank you enough Bram. Just a minor question that I can't figure out at all which is....What car is that in your avatar I am thinking it is a Toybota MR2 but I am not sure.

Well, it is a Toyota MR2, I'm not sure if I've ever heard about a "Toybota MR2"👍
Oh sorry, now I could say that was a spelling mistake or that was on purpose...hmmm better tell the truth... it was on purpose don't suppose you guys in Norway get Topgear do you?
