"Randomly when entering the track it can be a cloudy day. Please exit back to the free run menu and then re enter the track. It needs to be a full sunny day so the shadow of the car can be clearly seen."

The schwimmwagen is not even a photo of the correct screen at the finish.

The 2 cars ran with the cloudy day need to be re-done as does the schwimmwagen as it is not the correct screen. Those times will not be included until they are fixed.

Please from now on, try and follow the same layout that I have asked for In the OP and that everyone else has been able to do.

From what I see yes. The HP doesn't change with mid or high turbo. But with the mid turbo you get 7pp more and 65 lbft of torque more.
