Was so excited when this car popped up... my all-time fav in every game it's in... just totally wasn't worth the week of just doing Le Mans and Sardegna over and over.. This game seriously needs to do things the way Forza does, all races pay the same no matter what car or track you use. If PD just give us decent rewards for custom races, this game would be so much more fun! Sick of repeating the same handful of races because they pay 10x more than anything else! And they wouldn't need to bother adding more content every month because we could make our own fun! anyway sorry for the long moan, but after building up how fun this car would be to drive after a week, I was left underwhelmed.
PD; let us play the game how we want to, not how you force us to!

On the plus side, this car is perfect for the Le Mans endurance race. tuned to 540hp it does 3 laps before refuel and owns the competition after the main straight :)

if they had more than 4 reasonably-paid races, there would be fewer people buying microtransactions. i hate to say it so plainly but thats the only explanation at this point. they have the data showing that people overwhelmingly choose those races, and they added three races that don't pay on the same scale.

they have intentionally created a situation where you have 5-10 days to save up for a car, and your choices are monotony or paying them money. i did the le mans race to tune up about 50 cars, mostly for the sake of just doing it, but after the update many performed differently. so now even that seems like a silly use of time, because they're still a long way from fixing tuning. their response to the gear ratio bug kind of screwed over people who weren't tinkering with that.

It's worth it even if just for the Le Mans race - I've put it on RHs with a smidgen of ballast to get it under the PP rating. No aero, no other changes. You really have to manage the weight transfer and feed the throttle in on the way out of corners to stop it eating you, it really is the ultimate road car! I can make it do 3 laps on FM4/5 with a bit of lift and coast so the LM race usually looks like 3 laps, then 2 or 3 laps depending on rain, then either a 2 or 1 lap blast to the finish on FM1, hitting 210mph in a couple of places.

It's such incredible nonsense you're telling me that I don't know whether to laugh or cry about it.... MTX is an option and not mandatory and is not expected... Besides, you don't have a few days in a for saving up a car and buying it, but years... because the cars rotate at the dealership and come back every few weeks....

So everyone finally stop whining.... Grind the races to buy the expensive cars or do without these carts... especially since most of them are real garbage car's that you can't use anywhere.

i actually agree with what you're saying. these things aren't invalidated by what i'm saying. of course no one needs the cars right away or to buy MTX. however, if the question is "why are there are only 4 events that pay $1.5m/hr when they are overwhelmingly popular?" the answer isn't "they lack the resources to add them". i don't see how its hysterical to point that out, or be annoyed that they're altering the game for something that's not even necessary.
