Team Ford GT announcement:

Team Ford GT has terminated the racing contract with its driver "alexmavis", effective immediately.



Q: The best result with the driver was 2nd in Daytona and 1st in Spa, is there any reason behind the decision despite the strong result and good relationship?

Ford GT: The result is good, we are so far very happy, but the driver is the problem... He was dropped by AMG back in Jan and knocking doors of every factory to ask for a drive... eventually we signed him as a pay-driver, cos we don't really have budget to afford a driver. So, after winning in Spa all the sudden he came to my face and "now I deserve some salary, eh??" Well, things doesn't go this way... we are still a budget team.
Moreover, Ford is little known in Japan, plus there's Australian Ford, thus it's not feasible to bring an American Ford to Mt.Panarama Australia... Anyway, we have to drop the driver, that's it... :grumpy::grumpy:

Q: alexmavis, Suzuka and Mt.Panarama race is less than 2 weeks from now and you are out of a drive at the moment, is there any detail or plan you can disclose for now?

alexmavis: don't know yet... I am heading to the toyota factory at the moment....

BR1 & IW_Night are DriveClub drivers and I just created a "Spinning Arrows" club at DC!

If I can get them to join me I am sure we will spread out the SAC word!

I've always wished I could stream our GT6 races on Twitch but I don't have the right equipment and I am not sure my computer can handle it, so I am glad the PS4 can do that for me so you guys can watch SAC races when you guys can't show up!

Well so far I am doing good at DriveClub and I been doing high scores against BR1 & IW, but Online is a different story!

They race dirty!!! I manage to snatch 2nd & 3rd place a few times but this is definitely not GT6 gaming style!

Thats great! I have some ideas for a stream but yeah, don't have the equipment or cash flow to put it in motion. It's getting to be, and going to be a HUGE deal soon.

I have watched BR1's stream before, and look forward to yours also. Maybe I can get a copy of DriveClub soonish... I was waiting for the PS+ Edition. :ouch:

That is awesome dude!!!! Well I got my copy from someone else, but since I am always looking on the web for good deals I saw that DriveClub is on sale at some store called "GameStop" not sure what that is but it showed that it was for $20

I got mine for around $32 US dollars ($400 pesos)

I have to admit that the game is really awesome :bowdown:

Yeah got a PS4, but no games really yet. Waiting on Project Cars mostly!

Even though they do show DriveClub for $20... I REALLY HATE Gamestop. lol I can't buy from them, I have standards dammit! :lol: Wonder if BestBuy would price match.:confused:

Experiences I've had. Tactics they use / have used. Just a slimy, greedy company from what I've seen. I'm fortunate to have many places to choose to buy from. I can't confirm they are all on the level, but moreso than Gamestop.

You know what would be awesome?

That when we have an Enduro Race and some one can't make it, that person will be able to watch at our race from different views!

If all of us get a Twitch account they would be able to do that lol!

If I am able to afford it, then you will

From my personal experience, if you know someone at a GameStop, they won't try to manipulate you and will stop the other workers from trying.

I try since yesterday to watch "anything", but I only get an "OFFLINE" black display... :odd:
For sure I'm aware that you can't be around the clock displaying something, but what are approx. the times when one can catch you there (let me bet, a time when I'm already/still sleeping... :grumpy:)?

BTW, DC looks fine and interesting (perhaps a bit too much arcade...?)... 👍

Hey Patrick go to settings and check on the notification emails. Every time MannY is streaming a game you will receive an email to let you know.
 
Hey guys, I was hoping someone could work with me to make the C2 Z06 '63 Race Car driveable over the next week or so. I just spent the last two hours trying, and when I thought I finally got it, the car drove like a brick on ice. Adjusted the diff and ended up at square one.

Hi Ole, I must pass for this time. I'll be training tomorrow night with the other guys for the Enduro Race at Suzuka and Mt Panorama and I can't manage 2 following nights without or with too less sleep... :crazy: :ouch:

350pp Autumn Ring Reverse
I realize I should do this over a PM but it's late and my phone is so slow right now. :indiff:
 
So far we have 2 suggestions for "King of the Hill" races for Thursday night...

As you can see above - please prepare a 350pp... A kick to the tailpipe for anyone that says "I don't even have a 350"... :banghead:

And you all know where I WANNA RUN and vodka tastes best going fast... So plan accordingly if you need a practice lap or two....

Please let me know if you'd like to submit a race of your own - I can imagine many of you are chicken... So....

:lol:

Otherwise we'll fill in the other races with our normal tomfoolery!!
