Darn, I kind of enjoyed fighting the AI for the whole first lap last time. I don't understand why just brushing them while fighting it out is such a serious issue but it's not my place to question I think. I wil have fun running this race. I'll make the time this week and hopfully move up in the rankings. Wasn't there almost 40 people signed up for this competition?? Where did the other half go??

So another .6 at least for me. Then i start to be happy 👍

1'02.619 (woot faster ever T2, but still .4 down on ultimate.)
1'27.503 (great loosing much time here, now .5 down on ultimate)

Finish, also lost much time , only beat my old time by .1

Also saw a 33.7xx T1 which is my best ever, but stuffed it in the next corner.

What topspeed do you guys use? and what gears do you use for the slow corner after T1 and T2?

My laps are so inconsistent, loose .2 there gain it over here etc. 👎

You're going great, Dion! Just keep on improving bit by bit

After T1, I use 3rd gear. When I tend to miss the apex, I shift back to 2nd.
After T2 it's simple, always 2nd gear 👍

Top speed is 230 if I'm not mistaken. In any case you'll run into the limiter on the T3 straight with one step lower...

Well I gave this a go last night. I have probably done about 5laps around this track before this challenge so learning it was the name of the game....

It has some funny 'miss the apex and you stuffed' characteristics!

I also only got stuck into this race at about 11 last night after just coming back from an intense race day... So I was poked.

Anyway my best sectors were:

t1: 33.69
t2: 1'02.36
t3: 1.27.3x

I thought this track was shoddy but after running it with this combo it is becoming addictive.

Thanks Hugo, 👍, ive taken the turn after T1 in 3rd a few times, but you have to get it perfect otherwise 2nd is faster. And the turn after T2, is 2nd like i thought, 3rd is too tall. That and the hairping inbetween T2 and T3 are the only turns i use 2nd gear 👍.

Yes 230 is what i use also 👍.

Hmm...my top speed was 230 and I used 2nd gear only at the right turn before T3!
I'll try to use it in that left after T2 and see if it's faster... 👍
