It's a great place, there are a lot of sculptures dotted around the park and in the galleries. I actually took a bucket load if shots and felt these worked the best. As soon as I can I might put up some others.
Great shots overall. I wanted to highlight one of my favorites out of the photos in your sets.
This photo for some reason just makes me interested. Maybe if it was colored and a little more exposed I'd be alot more excited. Just one that I was interested in. Like I said, great shots overall.
Also, you and Diabolical only updating your galleries makes me sad. It feels like a ghost town here in the photography section. Keep delivering though.
Thanks. I gave a colour version of that shot of my foot. I shoot colour and B&W at the same time. I will dig it out.
It is a shame about the threads not being updated regularly. DM is great because he gives us an interesting shot every day. I've noticed that more of the premium members post in the infield thread instead of here.
I think I decided to treat the image to an under exposed post process is for the solitue of the shoot. I was by myself stood on the edge of a flooded open cast sandstone quarry. Only living things close were ducks and people whizzing past 30 foot above me to the back on the M1 motorway. It was overcast so I felt the need to express that in the original image.
I want some ND filters now so when it's sunny like this weekend I can do some wide open long shutter shots. I've some interesting ideas about trees and long shutters.
Hey, that shutter button on the Vito looks familiar...... My Ultramatic (not working, unfortunately, but the source of the lenses and adapters used in my macro/close-up shot in that bi-weekly comp.)
It seems they like to dip in to the parts bin for thier cameras. Unfortunately the lens isn't detachable, but I can see this being a sleeper street can as its very quiet.
